Ollie's bag is moving images and advertising stretching back over 20 years, with multiple awards for his work in TV, advertising, film, photography and writing.
Graduating from UK Film School, formative years were spent honing his craft with BBC, Discovery and MTV in UK and Hong Kong. Moving into TV commercials, he’s directed hundreds of campaigns and ads for cinema, television and the net, in Australia, Asia, NZ and the UK.
As a freelance creative, he’s been an ad agency CD, wrote speeches for politicians and the NZ PM, launched magazines and created some refreshingly excellent websites. He's a fanatical surfer and works in the charity sector as regional Chairman of Heart Children committee.
paula nightingale
executive producer
Paula has been working in Creative Management and Production for her entire working career. She started off managing the busy studios of two of NZ's top photographers, where she learnt the art of organising and wrangling creatives.
After running her own successful photographic agency for four years, she moved to London where she spent the next ten working with some of the best photographers and crews in the world, producing international photo shoots.
Paula has also worked on the ‘client side’ of the process with advertising agencies in London and Europe to commission artists for international advertising campaigns. These included Ogilvy, McCann, Strawberry Frog, Euro RSCG, and DDB.
Returning to NZ, she took up a senior position at an award-winning TVC production company. She has switched roles to become a part of the new media world and is excited to bring her skill set to netfilms.
